Vanessa James head shots

I love working with my buddy Vanessa. We always end up doing more bs'ing then shooting but it's all good. She was looking to do some head shots so I said cruise on over to my place and we'll bang em out. After shooting, we downloaded the images and she picked out her favs. These are the ones she decided to use. She's so beautiful, all her photos look amazing but you know how girls are, they're so picky. ;)

Kirk & Kristyn's engagement shoot in San Juan Capistrano

I had a lot of fun with Kirk & Kristyn doing engagement photos in San Juan Capistrano. We started off at the Mission and found some really cool spots inside. Although it costs like $30 or so to shoot inside, it is definitely worth it. Afterward, we made our way downtown and got some more shots. They were a super fun couple and we had a really good time. Here are some shots from the shoot!

Joe & Christie's wedding at Ponte Estate Winery

Well, this is it, our last wedding of the year. And how lucky I was, I got to shoot my last wedding at my favorite venue, Ponte Estate Winery. I am always so excited when I meet with clients and they tell me they are getting married at Ponte! The facility is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff is always on point. Joe & Christie really put together a fantastic wedding. The chose Sweet Flowers to handle the floral and linens so I knew it was going to look great. And for a DJ, they picked Victor Cannon from Can-Do Productions. And let me tell you, as far as DJ's go, this guy is hands down the best in the valley. The crowd was dancing the entire time and had a blast.

Joe & Christie are an amazing couple and their photos turned out so good!

Ray & Hayley's engagement shoot at Snow Line

I was pretty excited about Ray & Hayley's engagement shoot today. She picked a cool location that I have never been to before. It's a neat little place called Snow Line and it's located in a little town called Oak Glen up in the San Bernardino mountains. It's a family owned apple orchard and apparently visitors can go there and make their own apple cider. I loved the rustic feel to the place as well as all the apples. Despite the arctic temperatures, Ray & Hayley did a fantastic job and we all had a lot of fun.

Here are some of their fun photos from today. I can't wait until their March wedding at the Edward Dean Museum.
