Jeremy Lusk X Games 14 Gold Medal Jersey Case

The last couple days have been hectic. After Jeremy's tragic passing, the love poured out and everyone found a way they could help out. My friend Leah Bennett from Life of the Party Events, who is an event coordinator donated her services to help orchestrate the funeral. My friend Mark Jackson of Sweet Flowers has donated all the flowers and linens for the funeral and reception.

For me, I am doing several things but one thing I really wanted to do was have a really nice case made for Jeremy's X Games 14 jersey that Lauren could have to hang in her house. However, these things aren't easy to make and my fabricator who builds these insane cases was going to be at the Indy Trade Show until Sunday. So I must give props to Wes Smith from Smithline Industries for busting this out at the last minute. He flew home from Indy and had been up since 3AM. I hooked up with him at 4PM and he had it in my hands by 11PM. Now that's pulling through in the clutch! We weren't able to get too crazy in the short amount of time so after everything settles down, we are going to rebuild the case for Lauren. In the mean time, I hope she likes this one.

We will have the case on display during the service tomorrow.
